1 · What we hold
Your email address, an internal account id, and the date and wording of the consent you gave when you signed up.
If you subscribe: the state of that subscription as the payment provider reports it - their account id for you, the membership id, whether it is running, and the date the paid period ends.
The time of your last scan, so the cooldown between scans can be applied.
If you ever activate through a Pocket Option referral instead of subscribing, we also hold the trader id you give us and the deposit totals the affiliate program reports for it. That way in is currently switched off.
2 · What we do not hold
No card details and no crypto wallet. Payment happens entirely inside Whop and those details never reach this site.
No password - there isn’t one. Signing in is a code sent to your email address.
No Pocket Option login, and no access to any trading account. The scanner reads public chart data; it cannot see your positions and cannot place a trade.
3 · Why we hold it
To run your account and to work out whether you may scan. That is the contract between us, and it is the only reason any of it exists.
We do not use your address for marketing, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
4 · Who else touches it
Supabase stores the database and runs the sign-in. Resend delivers the sign-in code to your inbox. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the bot check on the signup form. Whop takes the payment and tells us whether a subscription is running.
Each of them gets only what its job needs, and none of them gets your data for their own purposes. We never trade or hand on your data for money.
5 · Cookies
One cookie, and it is the session that keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts in your browser, and it is deleted when you sign out.
There is no analytics, no advertising tracker and no third-party cookie on this site.
6 · How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. Deleting the account removes the account record, the consent record, the subscription record and the scan times with it, and that happens immediately rather than on a schedule.
A payment provider may keep its own record of a payment for as long as its own rules require. That record is theirs, not ours, and deleting your account here does not reach into it.
7 · Your rights over it
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting is also a button on your account page, which does it straight away and cannot be undone.
Write to support@otcradar.com for the rest. If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
8 · Changes to this notice
The date at the top is when this page last changed. If what we hold or why changes, this page changes with it.
