1 · Who you are dealing with
OTC Radar is a piece of software operated by the owner of otcradar.com. Write to support@otcradar.com about anything on this page.
Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
2 · What OTC Radar does
It watches the Pocket Option OTC charts across several timeframes and shows you the ones where a named chart shape is forming right now. It draws the shape on the chart so you can look at it yourself.
That is the whole product. It reports chart structure and nothing else: it takes no view on which way any market will move, it never tells you to place a trade, and it has no opinion about what any shape is worth.
3 · It is not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation. We are not regulated by any financial authority and we do not hold ourselves out as advisers.
Every decision you make with what you see here is yours. When you sign up you agree to exactly that, in these words: "Chart patterns only, not financial advice. Every trade is my call."
4 · Risk
Trading is high-risk. Nothing here is financial advice, and OTC Radar takes no view on which way any market will move. OTC Radar is just a tool for analysing the market.
Checking the rules where you live is your responsibility, and holding an account here is not a statement by us that trading is permitted where you are.
5 · Your account
One account per person, and you must be 18 or over. Sign-in is a code sent to your email address, so keep access to that address under your own control - anyone who can read your inbox can reach your account.
Do not share your account, and do not use anyone else’s.
6 · Paying for it
Access to scanning is paid for by subscription, taken through Whop. Whop handles the payment and holds the card or crypto details; those details never reach this site and we never see them.
The subscription renews each month until you cancel it, and you cancel it in Whop: open Orders at https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/, choose the subscription and select Cancel membership. Whop signs you in with a code emailed to you - no password. Use the same email address you paid with, or the account will look empty.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not cut off the period you have already paid for - that runs to its end, and you keep scanning until it does. There is no refund of a period that has started, and none is implied by cancelling part-way through it. Refunds are otherwise handled by Whop under Whop’s own terms.
If we withdraw the service while you are inside a period you have paid for, we refund the unused part of it.
7 · What we do not promise
We do not promise the service will be available at any particular moment, or that what it shows is complete and current. It reads a live feed from a third party that we do not control and cannot compel, and that feed can slow down, go stale or stop. When the data is old the site says so, and when we cannot look at all it says that instead of showing you an empty result.
We may change how the scanner works, add or withdraw the chart shapes it looks for, and change or stop the service.
8 · How you may use it
For your own trading. Do not redistribute what it produces or pass it on for money, do not scrape it, and do not automate against it other than through the Claude connector we provide.
Do not attempt to reach paid features without paying for them, and do not attempt to interfere with the service or with anyone else’s use of it.
9 · Our relationship with Pocket Option
OTC Radar is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pocket Option, and we are not acting for them.
Where you open a Pocket Option account through a link of ours, they pay us a referral commission. That commission changes nothing about what the scanner shows you - it reads the same charts and applies the same rules either way.
10 · Where our responsibility ends
We are not responsible for trading losses. The product draws chart shapes; what you do after looking at one is your decision, and the shape carries no claim about what happens next.
So far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this service is limited to what you have paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under law that cannot be taken away.
11 · Ending it
You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription in Whop (https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/) - that ends the renewals, and the period you have paid for runs to its end - and delete the account from your account page whenever you want to.
We may close an account that breaks these terms. If we close one that has not, we refund the unused part of the period it had paid for.
12 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that date means accepting the version you find here.
